Made to order is here to fulfil your custom sizing requirements or to add a personal twist on an existing product. This service can also guarantee your order when a piece of jewellery is currently out of stock.
The made to order books open on rotation and are in line with replenishing ready to ship products. Coordinating the timings so this can be achieved in bulk, minimizes waste and emissions in transit.
Every piece of MONT jewellery is handcrafted and can have up to a 6 step process. An item might have to be hand carved in wax, sent off to be cast, returned to be sized/polished, then potentially off again to be hallmarked and Gold plated. Every item has its own journey, dependant on your needs. This is why orders can take approximately 2-8 weeks.
MONT works closely with clients and you will receive updates throughout the process and will be well informed stage by stage.
Please note that made to order and custom items are sized specifically or designed uniquely for you and are therefore non-returnable.
