Care guidelines

Taking care of your jewellery is a huge factor to its longevity. Here are some tips to keep your jewellery looking fresh.

  • Make sure you put your jewellery on last and remove it first when dressing. Exposure to substances such as perfume, creams, deodorant and hairspray are likely to damage and stain your jewellery.

  • Remove your jewellery when washing your hands or bathing. Generally limit any contact with water. Be especially mindful to remove when swimming in the sea or in chlorinated swimming pools.

  • Over time the air oxidises and tarnishes metals. Try to tuck away your jewellery separately in its box, where it is dark, cool and dry.

  • Do not use abrasive cleaner or any dips on your jewellery, using a jewellery cloth before you store, will maximise the shine. Go easy with Gold Plated items and beware not to use tissue or paper towels, as they can cause scratches to the surface.

  • Keeping the silica gel pack, that comes with the box, is a good way of keeping moisture out when storing.
